Japanese investors reported net selling of foreign long-term debt totaling -¥118.0 billion in the week of May 31st, the first week of selling since the week of May 3rd.

• Total net investment in foreign equities was negative for the third week in a row at-¥1,144.1 billion.
• Total net foreign investment in Japanese equities and Japanese long-term debt was ¥336.1 billion and ¥1,165.4 billion respectively.
