The latest IEA's Monthly Oil Statistics report including November 2025 data shows that for Total OECD:

• Production of crude oil, NGL and refinery feedstocks grew by 4.9% compared to the same month last year.
• Refinery gross output of total products increased (0.1%) on a year-on-year basis.
• Net deliveries of total products decreased in November 2025 compared to November 2024 (-1% y-o-y)
• Oil stock levels on national territory grew by 2038 kt in November 2025 compared to the closing stock levels in October 2025 and closed at 469.5 million metric tons.

• Refinery gross output of total products decreased (-1.0%) on a year-on-year basis.
• Net deliveries of total products decreased in October 2025 compared to October 2024 (-0.4% y-o-y).
• Oil stock levels on national territory decreased by 5196 kt in October 2025 compared to the closing stock levels in September 2025 and closed at 467.5 million metric tons.

• Oil stock levels on national territory increased by 1349 kt in September 2025 compared to the closing stock levels in August 2025 and closed at 472.2 million metric tons.

• Oil stock levels on national territory increased by 1488 kt in July 2025 compared to the closing stock levels in June 2025 and closed at 467.5 million metric tons.

• Refinery gross output of total products decreased (-1.2%) on a year-on-year basis
• Net deliveries of total products decreased slightly in May 2025 compared to May 2024 (-0.8% y-o-y)
• Oil stock levels on national territory grew by 776 kt in May 2025 compared to the closing stock levels in April 2025 and closed at 468.4 million metric tons.
