The latest IEA's Monthly Oil Statistics report including September 2025 data shows that for Total OECD:

• Production of crude oil, NGL and refinery feedstocks grew by 6.3% compared to the same month last year.
• Refinery gross output of total products grew (1.7%) on a year-on-year basis.
• Net deliveries of total products grew in September 2025 compared to September 2024 (1% y-o-y).
• Oil stock levels on national territory increased by 1349 kt in September 2025 compared to the closing stock levels in August 2025 and closed at 472.2 million metric tons.
