The latest IEA's Monthly Oil Statistics report including August 2025 data shows that for Total OECD:

• ​Production of crude oil, NGL and refinery feedstocks increased by 3.2% in August 2025 compared to August 2024.
• Refinery gross output of total products increased (0.9%) on a year-on-year basis.
• Net deliveries of total products decreased in August 2025 compared to August 2024 (-1.1% y-o-y)
• Oil stock levels on national territory grew by 3824 kt in August 2025 compared to the closing stock levels in July 2025 and closed at 471.4 million metric tons.
