Drewry’s World Container Index fell for the first time in a month, down -3% WoW to $3,855.

Rates fell or were flat on most routes except for LA-Shanghai and Rotterdam-New York which were up 1% WoW and 4% WoW respectively. Drewry expects spot rates to decrease slightly in the coming weeks due to increased capacity.
