The value of construction work done in Australia grew 0.5% QoQ (vs 1.0% QoQ expected) and was up 1.8% YoY in Q4 2024.

• Building (-0.7% QoQ) and non-residential (-3.1% QoQ) construction were the weak spots.
• Residential (+0.9% QoQ) and engineering (+1.8% QoQ) contributed all of the growth.
