• An 0.1% MoM increase in residential construction offset a -0.1% MoM decrease in non-residential construction with office (-0.2% MoM), manufacturing (-0.2% MoM), and educational (-0.3% MoM) subsegments weighing it down.
• In a similar way, private construction spending, up 0.1% MoM, offset a slight decline in public construction spending, down -0.1% MoM.
