The UK Halifax House Price Index showed house prices down by -0.2% MoM in December with annual growth slowing to 3.3% YoY from 4.7% YoY in November. This is a significant increase from the 1.9% YoY increase in home prices in December 2023. In Q4 2024, house prices increased 1.4% QoQ.
