• The forecast for personal finances over the next 12 months increased 5 pts to +2, the first positive reading in over a year.
• Expectations for the general economic situation over the next year rose 4 pts to -33, though still 16 pts worse than a year ago.
• The Major Purchase Index rose 3 pts to -16, the highest since late 2024 and 10 pts higher YoY.
• The index for personal finances over the past year improved 3 pts to -7, up 3 pts YoY.
• The Savings Index dipped 2 pts to +28 but remained 1 pt above its May 2024 level.
