Germany’s wholesale prices fell -0.1% MoM but rose 0.5% YoY in July 2025, easing from +0.9% YoY in June.

• Food, beverages, and tobacco prices rose 3.5% YoY, with strong gains in coffee, tea, cocoa & spices (+16.0%), bakery products (+15.0%), and meat (+9.4%).
• Non-ferrous ores, metals, and semi-finished products jumped +17.6% YoY but fell -1.5% MoM.
• Solid fuels and mineral oil products declined -5.7% YoY but rose +2.0% MoM.
• Waste and scrap prices fell -9.0% YoY, iron & steel products -5.6% YoY, and computers & peripherals -4.8% YoY.
