The FHFA House Price Index was up 0.3% MoM and 4.2% YoY in November, down from 4.5% YoY in October and the lowest since June 2023. The monthly rate was slightly above expectations of a 0.2% MoM increase. The regions with the strongest monthly gains were Mountain (+0.7% MoM), West North Central (+0.9% MoM), and New England (+0.9% MoM).
