Registered unemployment in Spain fell by -1,357 people (-0.06% MoM) in July to 2.40 million, the lowest July level since 2007, down -145.6k (-5.71% YoY), and the 6th straight monthly decline.
- Youth unemployment dropped -2,561 (-1.54% MoM) to 164,146, the lowest level for July on record, extending a 51-month YoY decline streak.
- Female unemployment declined by -901 (-0.06% MoM) to 1.46 million, while male unemployment fell by -456 (-0.05% MoM) to 944.6k; both are at multi-year lows.
- Unemployment fell in 6 regions, led by Andalusia (-8,035), while Catalonia (+4,339) saw the largest increase among 11 regions with rising joblessness.
- 1.59 million contracts were signed in July, of which 609.9k (38.4%) were permanent; year-to-date hiring rose +0.89% YoY.
- The unemployment benefit coverage rate rose to 76.8% in June (+8.2ppts YoY), with 1.73 million people receiving benefits.

Registered unemployment in Spain fell by -48.9k (vs -69.5k expected), or -2.0% MoM, in June to 2.41 million, the lowest level for the month since 2008 and down -6.06% YoY.
- Unemployment declined across all sectors, led by services (-38.3k, -2.16% MoM), industry (-4.6k, -2.41% MoM), construction (-3.0k, -1.68% MoM), and agriculture (-0.2k, -0.28% MoM).
- Female unemployment dropped -25.5k (-1.72% MoM) to 1.46 million, the lowest June level since 2008; male unemployment fell -23.4k (-2.41% MoM) to 945k.
- Youth unemployment hit a record low of 166,707, down -4.3k (-2.51% MoM) on the month.
- Seasonally adjusted unemployment fell by -16.8k MoM, while all autonomous communities posted monthly declines led by Andalusia (-7.0k), Madrid (-6.6k), and Castilla y León (-4.8k).
- 1.50 million new contracts were signed in June (+8.46% MoM), with 39.3% permanent. May’s unemployment benefit coverage rate rose to 74.4% (+7.2ppts YoY).

Registered unemployment in Spain fell -57.8k (-2.3% MoM) in May to 2.45 million, breaking below the 2.5 million threshold for the first time since July 2008 and down -5.9% YoY.
- Unemployment declined across all sectors, led by services (-42.9k), construction (-5.6k), industry (-4.6k), and agriculture (-2.3k).
- Female unemployment fell -29.1k (-1.9%) to its lowest since October 2008, while male unemployment dropped -28.8k (-2.9%) to under 1 million.
- Youth unemployment (under 25) declined -6.4k (-3.6%) to a record low of 171,003.
- All autonomous communities recorded declines, with the largest in Andalusia (-13.2k), Madrid (-7.9k), and Catalonia (-6.2k).
- Of 1.33 million new contracts signed in May, 41.6% were indefinite; April's unemployment benefit coverage rate reached 74.1%, up 20 ppts over the past decade.

- The total number of registered unemployment is 2.51 million, the lowest since July 2008.

Spain’s total unemployment fell -13.3k, or -0.51% MoM), to 2.58 million in March, a larger decline than the -2.5k expected drop.
- On an annual basis, unemployment has fallen -5.39% YoY or -146.9k.
- Unemployment was down -14.5k in the services sector (-0.77% MoM), -1.5k in the industrial sector (-0.75% MoM), and -909 in the construction sector (-0.48% MoM).

Spain’s total unemployment fell by -6k or -0.2% MoM in February, better than expectations of a 45.2k rise.
- Total unemployment is 2,593,449 people, the lowest figure in the month of February since 2008.
- The total number of unemployed women is 1,562,954, the lowest in the month of February since 2008.
- Unemployment fell in the services (-0.3% MoM), construction (-1.8% MoM), and industrial (-1.1% MoM) sectors while rising in agriculture and the previously registered unemployed group.
