The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index edged up 0.2% WoW as mortgage rates increased to the highest since the week of October 10th.
- The Purchase Index increased 7.6% WoW, and the Refinance Index dropped -5.7% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications increased 2.1% WoW and was up 20.5% YoY, and the total number of refinance applications dropped -5.7% WoW but was still up 117.3% YoY.
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased 3 bps to 6.40%, the highest since the week of October 10th, and the 15-year fixed mortgage rate eased -3 bps to 5.80%.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index fell -5.2% WoW as mortgage rates continued their slight rebound.
- The Purchase Index fell -2.3% WoW, and the Refinance Index fell -7.3% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications fell -6.5% WoW but was still up 25.7% YoY, and the total number of refinancing applications fell -7.3% WoW but was still more than double a year ago (+124.7% YoY).
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased 3 bps to 6.37%, and the 15-year fixed mortgage rate jumped 13 bps to 5.83%.

- The Purchase Index increased 5.8% WoW, and the Refinance Index fell -3.4% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications increased 2.5% WoW and were up 30.9% YoY, and the total number of refinancing applications fell -3.4% WoW but were up 146.5% YoY.

- The Purchase Index fell -0.6% WoW, and the Refinance Index fell -2.8% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications dropped -2.3% WoW but were still up 25.7% YoY, and the total number of refinancing applications dropped -2.8% WoW but were still up 151.4% YoY.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index increased 7.1% WoW last week after another decline in mortgage rates.
- The Purchase Index increased 4.5% WoW, and the Refinance Index increased 9.3% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications increased 3.7% WoW and 19.7% YoY, and the total number of refinance applications increased 9.3% WoW and 110.8% YoY.
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell another -7 bps to 6.30% (lowest since late September 2024), and the 15-year fixed mortgage rate dropped -7 bps to 5.67%.

- The Purchase Index eased -5.2% WoW, and the Refinance Index improved 4.0% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications dropped -9.7% WoW but was up 20.0% YoY, and the total number of refinance applications increased 4.0% WoW and was up 80.6% YoY.
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell -5 bps to 6.37%, and the 15-year fixed mortgage rate dropped -3 bps to 5.74%.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index fell -1.8% WoW last week as mortgage activity continued to moderate from the spike in recent weeks.
- The Purchase Index fell -2.7% WoW, and the Refinance Index eased -1.0% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications fell -2.4% WoW but was up 19.9% YoY, and the total number of refinance applications fell -1.0% WoW but was up 59.0% YoY.
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell just -1 bp to 6.42%, now up about 8 bps from the near-term low set three weeks ago in mid-September of 6.34%.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index fell -4.7% WoW last week as mortgage rates remained mostly unchanged around 6.4%.
- The Purchase Index fell -1.2% WoW, and the Refinance Index continued to cool, down -7.7% WoW.
- Total purchase applications were down -1.1% WoW but still up 14.3% YoY, and total refinance applications fell -7.7% WoW but were still up 18.3% YoY.
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate dropped -3 bps to 6.43%. The 5-year ARM rate dropped -25 bps to 5.49%, now down -57 bps from a year ago.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index fell -12.7% WoW last week as mortgage rates bounced back and pushed back against the recovery in mortgage activity.
- The Purchase Index dropped -1.0% WoW, and the Refinance Index dropped -20.6% WoW.
- The total number of purchasing applications fell -1.5% WoW but was up 15.7% YoY, and the total number of refinancing applications crashed -20.6% WoW but was up 16.3% YoY.
- The MBA 30-year fixed mortgage rate jumped 12 bps to 6.46%, basically reversing two weeks of declines.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index increased just 0.6% WoW last week as mortgage activity calmed after a surge in the week before.
- Both the Purchase Index and the Refinance Index saw slight gains, up 0.3% WoW and 0.8% WoW, respectively.
- Total purchasing applications dropped -0.9% WoW but was up 18.0% YoY, and total refinance applications increased 0.8% WoW and was up 42.1% YoY.
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell for the fourth consecutive week, dropping -5 bps to 6.34%.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index jumped 29.8% WoW, the largest one week increase in the post-pandemic period, as mortgage rates saw another steep drop.
- While the Purchase Index was only up 2.9% WoW, the Refinance Index surged 57.7% WoW.
- The total number of purchase applications increased 12.1% WoW, and the total number of refinance applications was up 75.2% WoW.
- The frenzy of refinancing activity was driven by a -10 bps drop in the 30-year fixed mortgage rate to 6.39%, the lowest since early October 2024. In the last 3 weeks, the rate has fallen -30 bps.

The MBA Mortgage Applications Composite Index jumped 9.2% WoW last week as the 30-year fixed mortgage rate dropped to its lowest since the first week of October 2024.
- The Purchase Index was up 6.6% WoW, and the Refinance Index surged 12.2% WoW.
- Total purchase applications were down -6.3% WoW but up 22.8% YoY while total refinance applications increased 1.0% WoW and were up 33.6% YoY.
- The 30-year fixed mortgage rate dropped -15 bps to 6.49%, the lowest since October 2024 and the largest one-week drop since late February.
- The 15-year fixed mortgage rate dropped -14 bps to 5.70% and was down -23 bps from 4 weeks ago.
