Single-family home prices increased 4.1% YoY in Q2 2025, down from the previous quarter's pace of 5.0% YoY. This continues the general moderation in home price growth observed since the start of 2024. On a quarterly basis, home prices rose 0.3% QoQ and 2.0% in Q2 2025 on a seasonally adjusted and non-seasonally adjusted basis, respectively.
