The composite cost-of-borrowing indicator for new loans to euro area corporations fell -5 bps to 3.61% in June 2025, while the rate for new household housing loans was unchanged at 3.30%.
- Corporate loans over €1 million with >10Y fixation dropped -17 bps to 3.54%; loans ≤€250k with ≤3M fixation fell -7 bps to 3.71%.
