Italy’s GDP growth was 0.0% QoQ in Q4 2024, slightly below expectations of an 0.1% QoQ increase. The annual increase was just 0.5% YoY (vs 0.6% YoY expected), unchanged from the previous quarter. In Q4, domestic demand, especially inventory changes, made a negative contribution and was offset by a positive net export component.
